1. Our Services

Prep Buddy provides AI-generated interview questions, personalized feedback, and scoring to help you prepare for job interviews. You must create an account to access our services and provide accurate information about your role, experience, and target company for tailored content.

2. User Responsibilities

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Account Security: Keep your account credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use: Use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Don't share, resell, or misuse our content, including AI-generated questions or feedback.

3. Payments

Pricing: Our services cost $5 for 25 credits, with 2 credits to start a session and 1 credit per answer submission, as outlined in our pricing page.
Payment Processing: We use Stripe for secure transactions. You're responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your payment.
No Refunds: All payments are final, as our services are digital and consumed upon use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, feedback, and scoring algorithms, is owned by Prep Buddy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” We strive to deliver accurate, helpful content but don't guarantee specific outcomes, such as job offers. Prep Buddy isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can stop using our services at any time.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
