We provide AI-powered candidate screening: role-based assessments, automated scoring, and feedback to help you evaluate candidates. You must create an account to access our services and provide accurate information about your company and screening needs.

2. User Responsibilities

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and use our services for legitimate business recruitment and candidate screening only.
Account Security: Keep your account credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use: Use our services only for candidate screening and hiring purposes. Don't share, resell, or misuse our content, including AI-generated questions, feedback, or scoring.

3. Payments

Pricing: Plans and pricing (e.g. Starter at $150/month with 30 screenings included, $5 per extra screening; Team per user/month with quota and overage; Enterprise custom) are as set out on our pricing page and in your proposal or invoice.
Payment Processing: We send proposals and invoices; payment terms are as agreed. You're responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your payment.
Refunds: Subject to the terms agreed in your contract or proposal. Otherwise, fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, feedback, and scoring algorithms, is owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” We strive to deliver accurate, helpful screening tools but don't guarantee specific hiring outcomes. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can stop using our services at any time.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
